At the service point in the Pielavesi municipal library, you can get Kela application forms and leaflets, submit an application and get general guidance on benefits and how to use Kela online services.
The service point also has a customer terminal where you can log in to the Kela online service: www.kela.fi/e-services. The online service allows you to apply for benefits, send appendixes and report changes.
You can also use Kela remote service. In the remote service, a Kela service adviser will advise you via a video link.
